What is Microblading?
Microblading is a tattooing technique in which adds semi-permanent pigment to the skin. This process may be used to improve or create eyebrow definition. This semi-permanent technique can be used to cover gaps of lost hair, to extend the eyebrows, or may be used as a full reconstruction if the brows have little/no hair
Whats the process?
First a free consultation is required for every client, this is to give you the chance to meet and chat to Sue about your expectations. During the consultation you will have medical forms to fill in. Once you have had the consultation, chosen your preferred colour, have had your patch test and are happy to continue you can then book your first session.
What is the first appointment?
The first appointment is when Sue begins the Microblading. Depending on what the clients outcome they want for the treatment, one session may be enough. Each session time depends on the individual, usually it is between 1-2 hours. Sue uses a professional numbing cream to ensure every client is comfortable during their treatment. Once the first appointment is over, Sue provides each client their own cream to help the healing process of the eyebrows until the next stage.
A minimum of 4 weeks after your first appointment allows Sue to perfect your eyebrows. This is also known as the ‘top up’ session, the top up session is done to fill in any small gaps, or to add on to any areas you may have noticed during the healing period.
Sue particularly likes to create a natural brow and tailors her treatments to every individual, she has had lots of happy customers since being with us at Beauty on the Square. If you are interested in the microblading treatment and want a little more information please contact us.
