Microblading

What is Microblading?

Microblading is an eyebrow tattoo technique which adds semi-permanent pigment to the skin. The microblading process may be used to improve or create eyebrow definition. This semi-permanent technique can be used to cover gaps of lost hair, to extend the eyebrows, or may be used as a full reconstruction if the brows have little/no hair

What is the process of Microblading?

First, a free microblading consultation is required for every client, this is to give you the chance to meet and chat to Sue about your microblading expectations. During the microblading consultation you will have medical forms to fill in. Once you have had the consultation, chosen your preferred colour, have had your patch test and are happy to continue you can then book your first microblading session.

What happens at your first Microblading appointment?

At first microblading appointment, Sue begins the microblading. Depending on what the client’s microblading desires, one session may be enough. Each microblading session time depends on the individual, usually it is between 1-2 hours. Sue uses a professional numbing cream to ensure every client is comfortable during their microblading treatment. Once the first appointment is over, Sue provides each client their own cream to help the healing process of the eyebrows until the next stage.

What happens next for Microblading?

Four weeks after your first microblading appointment, a `top up` microblading session. The goal of this session, is to fill in any small gaps, or to add on to any areas you may have noticed during the healing period.

Sue particularly likes to create a natural brow and tailors her microblading treatments to every individual, she has had many of happy microblading customers since being with us at Beauty on the Square.
